NACSE Return/Refund Policy
Class refunds or credits
NACSE will offer a credit or refund for any class with the exception of live or Instructor led classes. Live or Instructor classes may be dropped and a refund/credit applied, if NACSE is notified within 24 business hours after the first session with notification that the student has decided NOT to continue taking said class. A 15% cancellation fee will apply.
Self Paced class refund
In those cases where class access and system set-ups have been completed for the student, the related fees are NOT refundable. If none of the class functions have been set up, the student will get a refund or credit less a 15% cancellation fee.
School or Partner Program Deposits
All deposits are refundable with notification to NACSE, however no refunds are available after 12 months without written notification to NACSE.
Other refunds
Normally, NACSE will refund or credit any fees or dues that have not been applied to a member or his or her membership account. In those cases where the member has gained some measurable benefit from his or her membership account, a refund or credit may be pro-rated based on that usage.
Product Refunds
Any NACSE Branded product, found to be defective or unusable for any reason, may be returned for a full refund or credit.
Membership Refunds
NACSE’s membership fees are non-refundable.
